Caitlynn Nadya is in her final year of law school at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Indonesia, with a concentration in business law. Throughout her studies, Caitlynn has been actively involved in both organisational and academic activities. From 2021 to 2023, she was a dedicated member of the International Law Moot Court Society, participating in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition for two consecutive years.
Her commitment to public international law and advocacy led her to significant achievements in Moot Court Competitions. As an oralist and researcher, Caitlynn helped her team achieve back-to-back victories in the Indonesian National Rounds and won Best Combined Memorial Award in 2022 and 2023. In 2023, the team led by Caitlynn competed in Washington D.C., ranking 63rd out of 135 teams.
These experiences have honed Caitlynn’s advocacy skills and deepened her legal knowledge in areas such as human rights, diplomatic protection, transboundary environmental harm, and trade law. Further pursuing her interest in business law, Caitlynn contributed to an academic research paper presented at the International Conference on Regulating Technology in Asia (ICRTA), titled “Comparative Analysis Regarding the Copyright Law on AI-Generated Art Between Indonesia and the United States”.
Caitlynn is a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and is fluent in English. She joined FrantiniVergano in September 2024.
