Amanda holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and European Business Law (cum laude) from KU Leuven, a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines, and a Bachelor of Science in Management (cum laude) from Ateneo de Manila University.
Prior to joining FratiniVergano, she was a policy analyst for the ASEAN Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the EU (ASEANcham EU), where she reported on legal and regulatory developments in the EU relevant to ASEAN businesses, and a Senior Associate at one of the top intellectual property law firms in the Philippines, where she worked closely with global brands to protect and enforce their IP rights.
Amanda attended various international IP conferences, has written about IP issues for the Asia Business Law Journal and other publications, and given lectures at the WIPO-IPOPHIL Summer School and the IPOPHIL IP Boost Camp.
Amanda is admitted to the Philippine Bar and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
She fluent in English and Filipino and has a basic understanding of Spanish.
