Felipe studied law in Campinas, Brazil, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas and transnational governance in Florence, Italy at the European University Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas and a Master of Arts in Transnational Governance from the European University Institute, specialising in public international law and international political economy and regulation, respectively.
Prior to joining FratiniVergano, he worked in the Council and Trade Negotiations Committee Division at the World Trade Organization, focusing on the WTO Response to the Pandemic processes, the E-commerce Plurilateral Negotiations, and on supporting the formal and informal meetings of the General Council and the Trade Negotiations Committee. He was a member of the 12th Ministerial Conference Task Force, assisting the Ministerial Conference Coordinator throughout the preparations, halfway between negotiations’ substance and operational matters.
Previously, he worked as a legal clerk intern at a Civil Law Court Judge’s Office, in Campinas, Brazil, formulating decisions and playing a supportive role in the Court hearings.
Felipe joined FratiniVergano in February 2023.
He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
