Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at EUI/CRRI’S 26th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics
On 31 May 2018, Alessandra presented a paper on the disputed obligation to contribute to the compensation fund at the 26th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in Split (Croatia). The paper, co-authored with Marc Chovino, discusses the recent case law of the Court of Justice in Confetra and looks at its implications for the design and enforcement, under State aid law, of the compensation fund in the postal sector. The international conference is held by the Florence School of Regulation (FSR) of the European University Institute and the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) of the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
