Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at EUI/CRRI’S 27th Conference on Postal And Delivery Economics
On 23 May 2019, Alessandra presents a paper on postal SGEIs at the 27th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in Dublin (Ireland). The paper, co-authored with Manfredi Pucci di Benisichi, discusses the recent State aid decision-making practice of the Commission on non-USO postal SGEIs, in particular as regards two compatibility conditions, and looks at its implications for the relevance and design of the postal network for public needs. The international conference is held by the Florence School of Regulation (FSR) of the European University Institute and the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) of the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
