Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at EUI/CRRI’S 31st Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics
On 25 May 2023, Alessandra presents a paper on non-material damages for GDPR infringements at the 31st Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in Gda?sk (Poland). The paper discusses the judgement of the Court of Justice in the UI v Österreichische Post case and looks at its implications for the enforceability of GDPR and for controllers and processors’ future compliance. The international conference is held by the Centre for a Digital Society of the European University Institute and the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
