Alessandra Fratini speaks at IIR's Mobile TV Conference in Berlin

On 5 December 2007, Alessandra spoke at IIR's Mobile TV 2007 in Berlin on the regulatory framework for mobile TV and its impact on the development of mobile TV offerings. Alessandra focused on the current EC policy orientations on DVB-H, spectrum and copyright management, and addressed the regulatory issues which are relevant for the availability of content for mobile TV.

Fabio Filpo teaches at the SEU Institute in Perugia

On 24 November 2007, Fabio held a seminar at the 2007 Master (“Corso di formazione in diritto europeo”) “Civis et jus” in Perugia on Extrajudicial Protection in EC Law. The seminar, intended to provide training to practicing lawyer and legal experts, focused on the principles and the different forms of extrajudicial protection provided by EC Law.

Andrea Carta speaks at Saint Louis University in Brussels

On 21 November 2007, Andrea held a lecture on the role of lawyers in the EU decision-making process and the European Commission’s “Transparency Initiative”. The lecture, which was part of the course of EC law chaired by Professor François Van Der Mensbrugghe, explored the impact of the recent initiative of the Commission to institute a register for Interest Representatives on the basic principles of lawyer’s deontology.

Gaia Pandolfi lectures on European Communication Policy at the University of Urbino

On 19 and 20 July 2007, Gaia held a course at the University of Urbino (Italy) on “European Communication Policy and the challenges of the new Europe”. The lecture is part of the post-graduate course “Community problematics – territorial programmes, cross-border cooperation and cooperation and development“ (Corso di perfezionamento: “Problematiche comunitarie - Programmazione territoriale, progettazione transfrontaliera e cooperazione allo sviluppo” ) organised by the "Center Europe Direct Marche" of the Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino.
