FratiniVergano has an integrated Competition and EU Law team with a unique blend of expertise and knowledge of EU Competition and Regulatory law and policy that enables it to assist clients with effective legal solutions in multifaceted sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We advise on antitrust, State aid and merger control, with a pragmatic focus on the legal and reputational risks associated with meeting compliance requirements. We also counsel in regulated sectors, on public procurement, consumer protection, data protection, the institutional aspects of EU law and on the fundamental principles of the Single Market (free movement of goods, services, capital and workers, freedom of establishment). We regularly assist companies, associations and individuals on issues related to the implementation of EU law in Member States with a view to taking full benefit from the Internal Market and to enforcing the general principles of non discrimination and transparency, as well as the other specific principles and EU fundamental rights. We represent clients in direct actions and appeals before the Court of Justice of the European Union. We also provide advice in national Court proceedings in all cases where an EU law issue becomes relevant, contributing to have EU law interpreted in conformity with our clients\u2019 interest in the context of preliminary rulings.
