{"id":1920,"date":"2026-08-08T04:08:16","date_gmt":"2026-08-08T04:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fratinivergano.eu\/en\/?post_type=partners&#038;p=1920"},"modified":"2026-08-08T04:15:08","modified_gmt":"2026-08-08T04:15:08","slug":"florette-peter","status":"publish","type":"partners","link":"https:\/\/www.fratinivergano.eu\/en\/partners\/florette-peter\/","title":{"rendered":"Florette Peter"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Florette Peter holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Bologna (<em>cum laude<\/em>), as well as a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During her studies, she focussed on EU and International Economic Law and developed expertise in Energy Policy. She completed a thesis on US trade policies and the WTO tariff regime, as well as a research paper on artificial intelligence and data transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining <em>FratiniVergano<\/em>, she completed an internship at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) within the Trade, Investment, and Innovation Department, where she analysed and reported on legal and regulatory developments in digital economic policies and trade facilitation.
