The paper discusses the judgement of the General Court (T-784\/22) against the SGEI Framework and the caselaw and looks at the evidentiary burden applicable to parties seeking to challenge State aid decisions. The international conference is held by the Centre for a Digital Society of the European University Institute, in partnership with the UPU.
