Crew, P. L. Parcu and T. J. Brennan.<\/p>\n<p>The paper discusses the judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU in <em>RegioPost<\/em> and considers whether it can be suitably relied upon by contracting authorities tendering out postal services, to enforce &ldquo;social considerations&rdquo; in the postal and transport sectors. The paper was presented at CRRI&rsquo;s 24<sup>th<\/sup> Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in S.
