The paper discusses the judgement of the Court of Justice in the UI v &Ouml;sterreichische Post case and looks at its implications for the enforceability of GDPR and for controllers and processors&rsquo; future compliance. The international conference is held by the Centre for a Digital Society of the European University Institute and the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
