Firm Overview
FratiniVergano was established in November 2007.
The two founding partners, Alessandra Fratini and Paolo R. Vergano, have been working together since 1998 as associates first and then partners at another Brussels-based law firm.
The firm is experiencing gradual and steady growth, including the opening of our Singapore office in January 2013 and a presence in Jakarta since March 2020.
Our aim is to grow together a dynamic and client-oriented firm based on a strong personal and professional bond between all lawyers and staff, matching the provision of high quality services with individual professional development.
Practices
The areas of expertise of the firm are Competition and EU Law, on the one side, and International Trade and Food Law on the other.
The firm has an important industry focus, its lawyers having significant experience the sectors of agriculture and food law, electronic communications, gambling, postal services and regulated professions.
We advise new market entrants and established operators, private companies and public institutions, undertakings and individuals, and enjoy a deep understanding of our clients’ diverse business perspectives and needs.
