Alessandra Fratini lectures at the Bar of Florence’s Fondazione per la Formazione Forense
On 28 September 2015, Alessandra lectures at the course on EU Law and Procedure, organised by the Fondazione per la Formazione Forense of the Bar of Florence, Italy, with a presentation on the procedure before the EU Courts (General Court and Court of Justice). The presentation will address the common procedural provisions which apply to all proceedings before the EU judges (parties’ representatives, language arrangements, methods of service, time-limits, allocation of costs), the procedure in direct actions before the EU Courts and the preliminary ruling procedure.
