Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at CRRI’s 24th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics

On 19 May, Alessandra presents a paper on minimum wage requirements in the award procedure for public contracts at the 24th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in S. Domenico di Fiesole, Florence (Italy). The paper discusses the judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU in RegioPost and considers whether it can be suitably relied upon by contracting authorities tendering out postal services, to enforce “social considerations” in the postal and transport sectors. The international conference is held by the CRRI (Center for Research in Regulated Industries) of the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US) and the European University Institute. The conference programme is available at the following link.
