Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at EUI/CRRI’S 30th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics
On 25 May 2022, Alessandra presents a paper on double jeopardy and the enforcement of the DMA at the 30th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in Rimini (Italy). The paper discusses the judgement of the Court of Justice in bpost and looks at its implications for the parallel application of competition law and the forthcoming DMA. The international conference is held by the Florence School of Regulation (FSR) of the European University Institute and the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) of the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
