Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at EUI/Rutgers’s 29th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics
On 2 September 2021, Alessandra presents a paper on the first two judgements on the application of the SGEI Framework in the postal sector at the 29th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics. The paper, co-authored with Marc Chovino, discusses the recent case law of the Court of Justice in the Ceská Pošta and Post Danmark cases and looks at its implications for USO (and/or other postal SGEIs) financing in the future. The international conference is held by the Florence School of Regulation (FSR) of the European University Institute and the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) of the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
