Alessandra Fratini publishes a paper on entitlement to USO compensation
Alessandra’s paper “Entitlement to USO Compensation in the Light of the Recent Caselaw in the Transport Sector” has been published in the book “Postal Strategies in a Digital and Green Transition”, edited by A. Pisarkiewicz, T. Brennan, L. Mazzoni and V. Glass. The paper reviews three judgments of the Court of Justice concerning public service obligations in the passenger transport sector and reflects on the impact of this caselaw on the USO compensation. The paper was presented at the EUI/CRRI 32nd Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics in May 2024.
