Alessandra Fratini publishes an article on the AG Opinion in the Laezza gambling case
Alessandra publishes an article in the European Gambling Law Journal LEXANDGAMING, which reviews the opinion of Advocate General Wahl in case C-375/14 (Laezza), the last of a long-standing series of preliminary rulings regarding Italian gambling law. The article looks at view of AG Wahl on the obligation to transfer, free of charge, the right to use the assets making up the network for managing bets upon termination of the activity, according to which the incompatibility of the measure can be only excluded based on a detailed assessment by the national court (see link).
