Alessandra Fratini Speaks at a gaming and taxation seminar in Rome
On 7 June 2016, Alessandra speaks at “Gaming e Fiscalità – Lo stato dell’arte dopo la legge di stabilità per il 2016”. She presents a paper on the taxation of winnings obtained from casinos established in Italy and abroad, following the judgement of the Court of Justice in Blanco and Fabretti. The seminar, held at the Auletta dei Lavori Parlamentari in the Chamber of Deputies in Rome, is aimed at presenting the first Quaderno Giuridico dedicated to “Tax aspects in the world of gaming", a publishing initiative of LexGiochi in cooperation with Eurispes (see seminar programme: link).
