Alessandra Fratini speaks at CEER Legal Training in Brussels
On 14 February 2017, Alessandra spoke at the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) Legal Training on Evolving Regulatory Processes in European Energy Policy. In a panel on the judicial review of regulatory decisions taken on the basis of network codes/guidelines, she presented the case study of the first quasi-judicial review of an ACER legal act (see legal training programme: link).
