Giorgia Lo Tauro joins as an associate
We are pleased to announce that Giorgia Lo Tauro has joined the Firm as an associate. Rising from within our ranks, Giorgia joins the Competition and EU Law practice group.
Prior to joining FratiniVergano as a junior lawyer, Giorgia earned a Ph.D. in EU Law from the University of Catania and qualified as a lawyer in Italy. During her studies, she spent a semester at the University of Paris Nanterre (France) within the Erasmus Program and shorter research periods in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Luxembourg. She has also completed several traineeships (at the Judicial Offices of the Criminal Court of Catania; at the Department of the European Policies of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Rome; at the General Court, in Luxembourg).
Giorgia will provide legal advice and policy analysis in different areas of EU Internal Market regulation (e.g., digital and postal services, audio-visual and media matters, data protection and public procurement), competition law and State aid.
