In Issue 3/2015 of the European Journal of Risk Regulation (EJRR), Ignacio Carreño published an article on German Jurisprudence on ‘Probiotic’ Claims on Baby Food, Trademarks as ‘Health Claims’ and Transitional Use of Existing Trademarks (Pages 435 – 438). Together with Blanca Salas, Bruno G. Simões published an article on Provisional Findings by EFSA on the Safety of Caffeine and the Possible Implications on Caffeine Health Claims and Energy Drinks (Pages 431 – 434). Finally, in the Intellectual Property section of the EJRR, Eugenia Costanza Laurenza wrote on the Scope of ‘Patent Linkage’ in the US-South Korea Free Trade Agreement and the Potential Effects on International Trade Agreements (Pages 439 – 442).
