Ignacio Carreño publishes article on sustainability and feed additives

The article by Fabrizio De Angelis and Ignacio Carreño “Achieving sustainability of the EU food chain with feed additives as a key tool: the European Commission intends to modernise the legal framework to foster innovation” was published in Volume 12, Issue 4, December 2021, pp. 866–870 of the European Journal of Risk Regulation. In line with the broad objective pursued by the European Green Deal of reducing the environmental impact of food production, a fit-for-purpose legislation on feed additives is considered crucial for achieving a sustainable agrofood industry.
