Mariacristina Bottino publishes an article on the new EU data protection rules
Mariacristina publishes an article in Eurojus which reviews the new general data protection Regulation finally approved by the European Parliament on 14 April 2016. Pending publication of the new Regulation in the Official Journal of the EU, the article provides a preliminary overview of the new rules aiming at identifying the most significant changes to the EU data protection regime, both for individuals whose personal data is processed and for businesses.
