Miriam Postiglione joins as an associate
We are pleased to announce that, on 1 January 2022, Miriam Postiglione has joined the Firm as an associate. Rising from within our ranks, Miriam joins the Competition and EU Law practice group.
Prior to joining FratiniVergano in January 2021 as a junior lawyer, Miriam earned a Ph.D. in Public, International and European Law from the University “La Statale” of Milan in 2020 and received her Law degree summa cum laude from the same University in 2016. During her studies, she spent a semester at the University of Cergy-Pontoise (France) within the Erasmus Program.
During her Ph.D. studies, she worked as a stagiaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union within the cabinet of Advocate General Mr. Giovanni Pitruzzella and spent three months at the University of Luxembourg as a visiting doctoral candidate.
Before joining FratiniVergano, Miriam practiced in a law firm in Milan. She is admitted to the Bar of Milan (Italy). Miriam will provide legal advice and policy analysis in different areas of EU Internal Market regulation (e.g., digital and postal services, audio-visual and media matters, data protection and public procurement), competition law and State aid.
