Pattranit Chantaplaboon (Ploy) is in her final year of the Master of Laws in Business Law (English Programme) at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand, specialising in international trade law and arbitration. In July 2025, she joined FratiniVergano as a Junior Lawyer.
During her studies, she worked both as a teaching and research assistant, contributing to a range of high-level projects and publications (e.g., on ASEAN Regional Integration, a consultancy report for Thailand’s Office of the Alcohol Control Committee on alcohol labelling laws, the Southeast Asia Regional Programme on Combating Marine Plastics (SEA-MaP) in Thailand and Lao PDR). Notably, she represented Thammasat University and Thailand in the Fifth International Youth Forum on the Belt and Road Initiative, which was organised by Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.
Pattranit earned her Bachelor of Laws degree with second-class honours from Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok, Thailand. She participated in several legal and moot court competitions. Notably, her team was awarded First Prize in the 2020 International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot Court Competition’s Thailand National Round, where she was also individually awarded as the Best Oralist for the Defendant.
Pattranit is a native Thai speaker and fluent in English.
