Alessandra Fratini presents a paper at EUI/CRRI’S 28th Conference on Postal And Delivery Economics
On 2 December 2020, Alessandra presents a paper on the risks of customer data processing under the GDPR at the 28th (online) Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics. The paper discusses the recent DSB decision on Österreichische Post’s processing of customer data for marketing purposes and looks at its implications in terms of adequate compliance with the GDPR from a postal operator’s perspective. The international conference is held by the Florence School of Regulation (FSR) of the European University Institute and the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) of the Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick (US).
