EU funding instruments

EU funding instruments

We advise across the full spectrum of EU funds for R&D (Horizon 2020, COSME, AAL, etc.) and for the culture and audiovisual sectors (Creative Europe). The activity covers legal advice to beneficiaries when it comes to ethics and data protection, in relation to the auditing of awarded projects and in the context of the contradictory procedures engaged with the European Commission, as well as the representation of clients before the EU Courts against decisions rejecting the bid or awarding the contract to another tenderer.
