Trade channels are continuously evolving. We advise clients with issues relating to the platform economy, including counterfeiting and piracy, assist EU and non-EU companies on access to products covered by IPRs, provide analysis of IPRs-related issues of distribution agreements, sales and use of trademark outside licensed territory. The activity covers also the field of standardization, including the certification and definition of technical standards under Directive (EU) 2015/1535, in relation to products and Information Society services.
We also assist clients in filing applications for registering European Union trademarks before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
